Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the item(s), including:

    • The product itself

    • Any visible damage or defect

    • The original packaging (if applicable)

  2. Email the photos along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to:

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours of receiving your email.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept refunds on:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective)

  • Final Sale Items

Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above requirements.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
